The real power of the Internet (in terms of making money) is in the ability to determine what people are searching for with the intention of buying, and to easily set yourself up as liaison between them and potential sellers to earn a commission.

For example, if someone wants to buy a laptop or maybe a digital camera, they might go look on eBay or Amazon. However, most consumers will look for background information before they commit to buy a product, and especially for reviews to see if other people have had good experiences with it.

So after visiting eBay, a potential buyer might return to Google and type in a specific laptop or camera model plus the word “info” or ‘review,” something like “dell pavilion dv6000 review.” If you optimize your website so it only appears in the search results when people search for this phrase, you will be guaranteed a continuous stream of targeted traffic that has a high probability of making a purchase.

To complete the deal in this situation, you would fill your website with relevant information, reviews, and other media, and add a highly visible eBay widget that displays titles and images from ongoing related auctions. If a visitor clicks on the widget and goes on to buy anything from eBay, you will receive a commission!

How’s That For Easy Money?

This is only one very basic example of how to set up an internet business income, and there are actually much more profitable ways to make use of eBay as an income source. The purpose of this article is not to get into that, but rather to show you that:

• The sooner you get started, the sooner you’ll be making a full-time income.

If you have a profitable idea, you can simply duplicate it in another market! (This is huge.) Add on to that the potential for passive, residual income and there is simply no excuse for anyone not to pursue this.
